Our four promises to you
Fake "Canada job agents" cost African families millions every year. Here is exactly how we're different, so you can hold us to it.
We never sell jobs
No payment for job offers or LMIAs, ever. In Canada that's illegal for employers to charge you.
No visa guarantees
Only IRCC decides. Anyone who guarantees a visa is lying to you.
Fees go straight to IRCC
You pay government fees yourself on the official IRCC portal, never to a personal M-Pesa number.
Written agreement + your lawyer
Fees are agreed in writing, reviewed by your own lawyer before you start, with a receipt for every payment.

Apply Now- β Paying for a job or LMIACanadian employers can't legally charge you for an LMIA or a job.
- β Visa "guarantees"Only IRCC decides. Anyone guaranteeing approval is lying.
- β Personal M-Pesa numbersGovernment fees are paid online to IRCC, never to an agent's phone.
- β WhatsApp-only "employers"Real jobs involve real interviews and companies you can verify.
- β Fake documents & bank statementsMisrepresentation can ban you from Canada for 5 years.
- β "Pay today or lose the slot"Pressure tactics are the oldest scam trick. Take your time.

Questions people ask about jobs in Canada
Do I need a passport to apply?
Yes. We only offer consultations to applicants who already have a valid passport. If you don't have one yet, apply or renew on eCitizen first. When you apply with us you can add a photo of your passport bio page (optional), which you send to us inside WhatsApp.
Why do I need a lawyer?
To protect you. Before you start the process with us, you must have your own lawyer who guides you on the agreement between you and Jobs in Canada, so you fully understand the services, fees and your rights before you sign or pay. You can still apply for a consultation while you find one.
Do you give jobs in Canada?
No. We are not an employer and we never sell jobs. Canadian employers hire you directly. We help you prepare a Canada-format CV, target real employers through official channels such as Job Bank, check any offer you receive, and prepare your work permit application once you have a genuine offer.
Someone offered me a Canada job if I pay a fee. Is it real?
Be very careful. Under Canadian rules, employers may not charge workers for an LMIA or for a job. Genuine offers come after a real interview with a real Canadian company. Visa "guarantees", payments to personal M-Pesa numbers and pressure to pay quickly are red flags. Send us the offer on WhatsApp and we'll help you check it for free.
Which jobs in Canada hire Kenyans and Africans?
Demand is strong in healthcare (nurses, personal support workers), trades (electricians, welders, truck drivers), agriculture and food processing, hospitality and tech. Each still needs an employer willing to hire from abroad, so a strong CV and the right targeting matter.
Can my family come with me?
Often yes. Spouses of skilled workers may qualify for an open work permit, and children can study. Rules depend on your job level, so we'll confirm for your case.
Can I move to Canada without a job offer?
Yes. Express Entry does not require a job offer if you have skilled work experience, a post-secondary credential and good language scores. Studying in Canada is another route that doesn't need a job offer.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No, and nobody honestly can. Only IRCC decides. What we do is help you choose the right pathway, prepare strong documents, and avoid the common mistakes that get applications refused.
Where do I do biometrics for Canada in Kenya?
At the VFS Global Canada Visa Application Centre in Nairobi. You pay the biometrics fee (CAD 85 per person) when you submit your online application, receive a Biometric Instruction Letter, and then book your appointment.
I was refused a Canadian visa before. Can I apply again?
Usually yes. The key is to understand why you were refused and fix that before reapplying. Share your refusal letter with us on WhatsApp and we'll review it.
